Canadian delivery
Delivery is free on orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 have a flat $20 delivery charge. We deliver to every province and territory of Canada.
Dispatch and timings
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. We dispatch within 2 working days and delivery then takes up to 18 working days by tracked courier.
Some products are shipped to us from overseas warehouses before they go out to you. Those product pages show a delivery time of 7 to 14 working days in the buy box, and the same window applies to them at checkout.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help.
